Pine Cove

The kids just finished another great week of Pine Cove Camp in the City at our church.  This was Lily's first year to be old enough to go and she loved it!

Parker's counselor was "Yeah Yeah" and he was in the Sycamore camp this year.  Parker was so glad his friends Cole and Trip were able to come to camp again this summer.  They have been in the same cabin since kindergarten and have made a lot of fun memories together.
Eden's counselor was "Granny Smith Pineapple" and she was in the Azalea camp.  She loved having her friends Virginia and Lyren in her cabin this year.  Granny Smith was very patient with Eden this year and encouraged her to try several new activities that she was too scared to try last summer.  She was so proud of herself for participating in so many activities and she can't wait to go back next summer!
Lily's counselor was "Itsy Wristy Spider" and she was also in the Azalea camp.  Itsy was sick for a few days so Lily actually had two counselors during the week and she loved them both!  Lily got to be in a cabin with her sweet friends Brooke and Gracie.  She has been waiting many years to go to camp like her brother and sister and she had the best week!
The dress up day theme this year was safari animals.
It's been fun to watch these boys grow up together and spend one week every summer having fun at Pine Cove.  Only one more summer before they are too old to go!

I'm so thankful that our church gives our kids this wonderful opportunity every summer!  It's something they look forward to all year!

BClan Reunion

Yesterday was our annual BClan reunion. Everyone except Bart was able to come this year.  It's always a great day filled with great food and catching up with lifelong friends!

Kevin, Lewis, Cory, Walt, Heath, Britt, Brad, & Scott
The hit of the party this year was the huge water slide that Heath rented for the kids.  It was even more popular than the pool!
It was a wonderful day and we can't wait to see everyone again next year!

4th of July

Our 4th of July was pretty laid back this year.  We started the day with our annual 4th of July parade in Keene.  The kids still think they have the parade to celebrate Granna’s birthday!
P
After the parade we went back to Granna’s house for lunch and swimming.
We ended the day with some small fireworks in the driveway.
It was a fun family day and we hope Granna had a wonderful birthday!
