The kids were up bright and early on our first morning in Florida. They enjoyed breakfast out on the porch and then quickly got ready to head down to the beach.
Our house by the beach
My twinkies!
Ready to go!
The kids were so excited to spend time with Aunt MerMer and Uncle Craig.
The resort area where we were staying had a private beach for their guests but we were a little disappointed to see how crowded it was that morning. There were tons of families and we had to set our stuff up so far back that we could hardly see the kids playing in the sand. It wasn't exactly what I had pictured in my mind. But the kids had blast jumping in the waves and building sandcastles so it ended up being a fun day!Parker begged someone to bury him in the sand!
It took Eden a few minutes to warm up but once we finally got her in the ocean, she was in love!
Sweet sisters!
That night, my parents kept the kids and we went to dinner at Great Southern with Meredith and Craig. It was so good and I ate one of the best steaks that I have ever had. It was a great way to end a fun day!
