We are excited to announce that Baby Brown #3 will be joining our family in late October/early November of this year. My official due date is November 1st, but seeing as how I delivered both of my other kids 1-2 weeks early I am assuming that this one will come a little bit early, too.
This pregnancy has been fairly similar to my other pregnancies so far. The
morning all day long sickness started around week 6 and was quite debilitating for several weeks. Thank goodness I am married to an awesome husband who continuously stepped up to help me make it through by helping with the cleaning, laundry and childcare. The nausea has finally started to subside and I am feeling better every day. I still have my moments but I can definitely see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Today at my 12 week appointment we were able to hear the heartbeat for the first time. I know that this is the third time I've been through this, but it is always amazing to see and hear your baby for the first time. What a miracle in the making!
Surprisingly, I have not gained any weight yet, but I am sure that will change soon, especially if I continue to crave and indulge in Taco Bueno and Arby's as much as I have been lately. To balance out the grease and fat, I have also been craving apples and have to have one every morning at work.
I know that my blogging has been put on the back burner due to the way I have been feeling lately. I am hoping that as I enter my second trimester next week and my energy returns, I will get back into posting more and more about the things we have been up to the past few weeks. (Although I am not sure how exciting a post about watching Little Einsteins and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse would be to most of you!)
I am looking forward to the upcoming pregnancy milestones like feeling the baby kick for the first time and finding out if we are adding another boy or girl to our family. Since this will be the last time that I am planning on experiencing pregnancy, I am hoping to enjoy every moment to its fullest.
