Lily woke up on her birthday ready to open presents!
She requested and received lots of Shopkins and accessories.
Since we had a very busy day planned with a soccer game and fall festival at school, we promised to take her for a birthday donut. She picked the Ariel donut.
Friday morning before her birthday, we got up early and went to Granna's house before school for our annual birthday pancakes.
Because our school's fall festival fell on Lily's actual birthday this year, we had to celebrate a week early. Lily begged for a skating party and I agreed to it way before she broke her collarbone. She got her sling off the week before the party but was told no activities for another two weeks. I promised our pediatrician that I would skate with her so she wouldn't fall.
Lily wanted a Shopkins birthday party so instead of a cake, I made cupcakes with Shopkins as topppers.

It was a fun day and we are thankful to all of our friends and family who came out to help our sweet girl celebrate her special day!
