Gingerbread Houses

To you, this may look like an excessive amount of candy.  But to us, it looks like it's time to make gingerbread houses with Granna!
We learned a lot from our gingerbread house mistakes last year, so this year Granna was much more prepared.  Instead of trying to assemble AND decorate the houses, my mom had already hot glued the houses to the board so that all the kids had to do was put the icing on them and decorate them.  She also had all of the candy in little bowls ready for the kids to use eat.
We were not at all shocked when Eden spent most of her time licking and eating, licking and eating, licking and eating!
Lily followed right in her sister's footsteps!
Parker, with some helpful hints from Granna, did a great job with his gingerbread house this year.

Addison decorated...and decorated...and decorated!  We never thought she was going to finish!
Aubrey still needed a little bit of help this year but ended up with a great creation!

The kids had a lot of fun and showed a lot more creativity this year! Thanks Granna for the fun memories!
